About Sheryl ~ from herself, her clients and previous students....
Sheryl Daniel “Inside every human being is the potential for optimal health and wellbeing. Whatever the particular circumstances, it almost always can improve through releasing stored up tension and balancing the muscles and soft tissue. Massage is not only for relaxation. Our entire body mass is at least 40% muscle, doesn't it make sense to address muscle tension and pain as part of a healthful lifestyle and any healing protocol. Using massage, neuromuscular therapy, fascial release, trigger point therapy and other therapeutic bodywork styles combined with essential oils, awareness education, basic healing nutrition information, and other holistic healing modalities almost everyone can feel less pain, less tension and more energy, joy and balance in their everyday lives. I believe we all have infinite possibilities within us. We only need express our truest self which is pure love and joy! I look forward to connecting with you to answer all of your questions or to schedule an appointment for services! Remember, everything starts with your decision to feel better now. I am excited and honored to help you discover the infinite possibilities within YOU!! ........... Sheryl

Sheryl’s Massage & Bodywork Style
Encouraging her clients to relax and discover the healer within is the fundamental goal for every session with Sheryl. The body is a guide to wholeness on every level of our being. Sheryl approaches every body with a sacred heart and the professional excitement of discovering the sources of the uncomfortable and painful sensations expressed in and through the body and how to truly achieve balance in the body-mind through massage & bodywork. Listening to the client’s words, noticing what the body expresses, and tapping into over 17 years of experiential knowledge allows her to achieve specific and lasting effects. This approach opens the door to personal awareness and empowerment that helps reveal choices that are not readily apparent and facilitates growth for her clients in many areas of their lives. Focusing on the body and release through the body, is a wonderful way to offer alternative healing choices in a safe and pleasurable way.
Sheryl is devoted to her own spiritual growth and is deeply committed to helping others find the next step on their path. Making even a basic, full-body massage a sacred event is a joy for her. Sheryl has an eclectic approach to bodywork and massage and always combines styles to create the best session possible for each client, each time. Her techniques include: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, cranial decompression, positional release, assisted stretching, stress education, mind/body techniques, and Holy Spirit guided energetic/spiritual healing are among the many choices Sheryl uses on a regular basis. Education is also used in conjunction with bodywork to encourage deep awareness and relaxation to promote healing on the deepest levels of the mind/body/spirit.
"Our bodies are the temple of God. Glorify God in your body" "Having been a high school teacher for 35 years, having had numerous student teachers, and having mentored several new teachers, I know what it takes to be a good teacher. Sheryl is truly a teacher heart and soul. She teaches me about myself, my health, my life every time she works on me. I know when I see Sheryl I will feel better on all levels of my life. I truly believe I would not be walking as well as I am were it not for Sheryl's skills. Sheryl has helped me more than physical therapists and medical doctors. Once I know nothing is broken, I now see Sheryl before further treatment. Her knowledge is so diverse that I believe she knows more about how to heal muscles and tissues than any physical therapist I've seen. I only wish more medical doctors would refer people to knowledgeable massage therapists like Sheryl before using other therapists. I will never be able to say how much you enhance my life through your body work!!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Skillful hands, intuitive spirit, loving nature. These fundamental attributes of Sheryl Daniel and her practice have kept me returning to her for regular massages since January, 1997. She has supported me through injury recovery and through emotional turmoil. She also has nurtured me through times when I’ve faced welcomed but challenging new directions. I consider on-going time with Sheryl to be a valuable selection from my wellness choices." Walta Ruff ~ retired English teacher, Poudre School District, yoga goddess "I am soo missing your massages. I swear...no one has figured out how to work the neck right...and you are the WOMAN!!!! I've gone to sooo many therapists...and still can't say I've found one that I totally love. You are it! I feel so lucky and blessed to have had the privilege for you to mold me into the therapist that I am! " "You are an amazing person and I'm blessed to have the opportunity to have you in my life." Angela Lyons ~ full time massage therapist, wonderful energy worker, student of life & "I would love to hear all about your Mom. She sounds like an awesome woman and a great role model. Great Moms are really indescribable, and unforgettable. Their souls become a part of our own, I think. Making us greater and stronger and wiser at every turn. They live in our hearts and minds forever. Truly, we are never without them. Ever. I believe that true friends and great teachers are the same way. Thank you for being in my life, and my spirit. I will always be with you and you with me. Namaste." "Sheryl is committed to the education and success of her students, and well versed in all she instructs. Her ability to reach students on many levels is an integral part of her instruction process. Sheryl is well connected in the community and dedicated to the art and science of massage and its numerous benefits through various modalities." Randy D. Roberts ~ retired Air Force, full time, talented, massage therapist and previous "The most hands on, dedicated teacher throughout my schooling years. I had the privilege to have Sheryl not only as an instructor, but also a mentor. Sheryl’s dedication to the success of her students surpasses any that I have ever seen. Sheryl continually encouraged me to think outside the box; allowing me to incorporate what I’d learned in my classes and bring those lessons to the next level, for the ultimate goal of creating a very personalized, compassionate session for each and every client." Janelle Cardiff ~ ibid "What I love about Sheryl is that she really listens. If I say that I've been having trouble with shin splints or lower back pain, she really zeros in on those areas. I know that when I leave Sheryl's office, I'll not only feel realigned, rejuvenated and renewed, but I'll also take away great suggestions for stretches or herbs or relaxation techniques to keep me from getting as knotted up next time."
